First of all, you need to know the difference between Vaizards and Arrancars. Both of them are hybrids, half hollow and half shinigami.

Arrancars - a former hollow who had their mask removed to obtain shinigami's power.

Vaizards - ex-shinigamis who obtained hollow's power, which is forbidden in soul society. So u can say, that each of them may haf a hollow spirit within them, just like ichigo and his hollow inside him.

Vasto Lorde and Adjhucas are stronger Menos Grande. Aizen made contact with them, and use the hougyoku to remove their mask and let them obtain their shinigami powers.

In my opinion, NO Vaizards are previously hollows.

It would be much better if it were the Vaizards who would eventually come and safe them.

I guess it's safe to say Grimmjaw died after being chopped by Noitora -0-. And now Ichigo has to face Noitora.

Kubo Tite hasn't pour in the Vaizards yet. They probably have elites, which I'm looking forward to.

Besides, Kurosaki's hollow couldn't have just 'died' in the story.

Ichigo isn't on par with Byakuya. Ichigo was lucky enough to have his whole body succumbed to his hollow-self at that critical time. Ichigo has improved a lot, you might say. That is certainly true. But perhaps No.7 isn't that great after all. If you all realised, the captains, excluding Zaraki, are fighting against Espada with lower ranks than Grimmjaw.
