429 is before discount, can you get a one in 476k now before discount? and vp in 3 years time maybe beat the kota kemuning 429K when vp?

I am waiting for the wct oug....kekeke.... i have some networking in wct alnd and can get cheaper, I can't guarantee as maybe property crash when wct one launch. I will not buy lo.

not interest in kk since u brought up 429k can get 1000sqft n vp in 3 yrs seems u sound familiar with bj, tats y i like to know if i miss out anything,, wct one wont b cheap since bj n oug goin 450 to 600psf for soon to b vp G res n Covillea,, cheapest undercon is KR2 but small unit habis n they r adjusting up the price,, plz share if u know any project in bj goin 429k,, bj is a golden area,,, mayb u can buy cheap but it only work for u la but not us

The price of house is too high nw...everyone oso wan earn at least 100k to sell their house...however, no ppl will think about how difficult to buy the first house nw...the owner only think how much i wan to earn.....

First time buyers have to be working hard including to compete with people when buying property especially from the developers.
