Dont buy if the price really high.
If no demand, don't think they can hold it very long.
but now days, rich people just crazy for properties, any price also can buy. what to do.

even those retiree workers nowadays get million ringgit upon retire. they have no kampung to go. have to buy better to accomodate family members coming for cny/raya/deepavali
