Street brawl is wrong also...whipping a camera phone to record the whole situation whole consider reasonable. Important is to take photo or video at the situation if you are going to make insurance claim or police report. Police is not there, police are based on the proof that you can provide to them else it is what you say and what he says (anyone can try to change the situation if you do not have proof)...

It depends on what you want to do then, some would says turn into mini hulk and start to bash the person up? The recording have done more impact than you think. It now depends on how the victim want to take action or civil suit case. One with a cool head and another hot headed...it will be a bloody case if both are hot headed...regardless record or not record this person already crazy....agitate becoz a person took video of accident... if he did nothing wrong, go police station and settle..it is as simple as that.

That's true, a lot of people just talk as thought there is no law.....without proof it is what he says and what you says.. now that couple is at least famous until some form of justice can be apply, now it is straight forward.

If you a person say in malaysia, no law, then you can start killing people, steal other people money, rape your daughter/sister/wife/etc.....there is still a law, you need strong proof.

Added on October 22, 2012, 2:59 pmit is like in accident, no need to argue who right or who wrong, take photo on the scene and accident number...go to police station to settle if cannot come to common ground. Keep on saying, want to make police report...done deal, keep a cool head. All the photos you taken can be admitted as proof. It WORKS.

You are wrong once you start to bash people... just like kfc case, you can denied the person order or ask him to leave the premise but once you start to hit a person, you are wrong. PERIOD. If you say it is not, then might as well take a knife and start to stab the person you argue to dead (extreme example).

It is like you are caught smoking inside airplane at mid-air or go against air stewardess, once you touch ground, a group of air police will escort you out from the plane.
