The point I'm trying to put up here is that irregardless of reason, the filming couple could have avoided conflict. Let's look at one of the reply from a fellow forumer here.

So when the Naza couple got out of the car, the filming couple could have just drove on. So why is there such need to provoke with words like "no manners" (when they clearly are) and start filming; even worst, continue filming when he went into a fit of rage?

Remember, all the while they could have drove on as it would have been foolish to provoke let alone talk senses into people who are clouded by rage. They should have knew that from that moment.

Again, if you say that the filming couple stayed because it was their right and they were 'harassed'; I give them the thumbs up. But all in all, was it worth it? The pain, the anger? When you could have done a greater part by ignoring it and driving on.

I have to agree with Smitty here... Should have just drove off... The Naza Ria was not even blocking their car when they reversed and continue filming...

yes...u are right that they should drove on.
walking away is the best solution..
but most people hope to catch more of those dastardly act so they can lodge a more damaging pulis report...

It depends on what you want to do then, some would says turn into mini hulk and start to bash the person up? The recording have done more impact than you think. It now depends on how the victim want to take action or civil suit case. One with a cool head and another hot headed...it will be a bloody case if both are hot headed...regardless record or not record this person already crazy....agitate becoz a person took video of accident... if he did nothing wrong, go police station and settle..it is as simple as that.
