Err...sori but not helping

My computer also has a legitimate permanant IP address. When i use it in the place of localhost, it does not work. Tho i know it should. I did try configuring IIS, but not really sure what to configure based on this problem

Btw, typing 127.0.0.1 does not work also

Oh one mor thing, then i use the name of my computer, which is "pc06" it works

If you have Windows Personal Firewall installed, try to disable it

Oh, i`ve solved the problem. Now I can access my web site from my own computer using localhost, my pc name, and as wel as my IP address. But when i tried using another computer in my ofis, I can`t. I`ll try disabling the firewall n see

Hmm...talking abt the firewall, http request r sent using port 80 rite. don`t tell me windows firewall block that as wel...

Oh, problem solved. It`s all because of the firewall. Thanks
