being in maalaysia with the hot sun all around, i tend to get quite tanned.
want to be fair, so any suggestions to get fairer?

wondering if skin whitening treatment or what not works...

inner treatment (vitamins) and outer treatment (sunblock and whitening night cream). need to use correct products.

what whitening cream u use?
and also sunblock, any recommendations?

first I eat vitamin c, multivitamins, drink more water and eat more vegetables and fruits. then i use SPF110 sun block if I having outdoor activities. if normal i use spf 50 sunblock only. not only fairer but my dark spot also more n more lighten d.

i eat kiwi fruits EVERYDAY.

then, i drink lemon+water 4-5 days per week.

besides, i consume 2 tablets of Vitamin C everyday too.

Of course, sunblock is a must. (note that not the higher spf the better)

Ohya, I will apply white essence 3-4 times per week too.

then body lotion every day before sleeping. )

tanned skin girls can be equally attractive if not more than fairer girls

use hazeline every night

Maybe stay away from the sun as much as possible? It worked for my friend.

How about using an umbrella whenever u go in the morning n afternoon ....I think it will help as well

I heard people say human skin tone has two layer, the outer layer and inner layer. If your outer layer is fair but inner layer is dark. When the outer layer got darken, no matter how u cure it doesn't help much. However if both outer and inner layer are both fair, even without whitening the skin will regain its fairness back. Is it true?

I use Johnson and Johnson facial wash .

Ppl say my face is shinning and i look brighter .

try some sunscreen products with whitening effect .. it works

you can use Vit-C drip.. It can be found from many skin specialist or even the plastic surgeon (KALO).. I tried it before for my wedding and it works but gradually goes away if you do not continue..

I want to recommend Loreal White perfect laser, I use both the serum and day cream. not only that it makes me fairer but also improve the skin complexion.
buying in BKK is a lot cheaper, i bought 500 baht in the airport! in malaysia is about RM79.90

Have you heard of Heliocare? It is a pill that you can eat that gives you internal sunblock. I'm not sure where to get in Malaysia, but I have heard about it somewhere in here so it must be locally available.

I use Heliocare sunblock. They sent me some pills but I threw them away. Don't want to use oral sunblock.

Currently using Bremenn to lighten my skin tone. It works
