QUOTE(nokia6280 @ Oct 31 2012, 01:56 PM) Nothing to do with your phone if i am not mistaken where this is due to your kies is not up-to-date for JB version. Try below and update us my kies is fresh installtion & is updated to latest version.... 1. Plug your phone to PC with kies installed. 2. Let you PC detect your phone. 3. Call Kies and update your kies. 4. Once update started if not mistaken if you kies is not up-to-date there will 3 updates. a. Kies update. b. Firmware update (can't recall what firmware) c. QUOTE(tigerporc @ Oct 31 2012, 02:17 PM) Have you ever updated using Kies before? nope... this is the 1st time i using kies...Your firmware seems to be PDA:LH1 PHONE:LIB CSC:LH1 (XME) I am not an expert, but to me it looks like the 3 are not in sync. The last character can be different I think but the first 2 chars should be the same. Kies requires all 3 to match before you can upgrade firmware using it. how can i do full factory reset? i already go to recovery mode and wipe my date... |
