if u prefer stock rom try ARHD

RomToolBox can set which app to not even run on OS startup. May look into it.

And yes meaning how long u set the interval for syncing. And also overclocking underclocking etc. Running default on ARHD should be good enough tho. Once advise on ARHD is I find Perseus kernel (selectable in aroma installer) is way faster than stock kernel.
