QUOTE(KennyKB @ Oct 29 2012, 02:17 PM) Hello guys, after rooting our phones do we have to unroot it before taking it for warranty if you don't flash any other ROM? I know rooting technically voids the warranty but are the Samsung service centres really strict on this? Unrooting is more complicated than rooting and I may not want to root at all if I have to unroot just to claim warranty. Just want to install hacked Google maps for turn-by-turn navigation. Thank you. u dont need to root to install apk... u can juz bluetooth the .apk file to ur phone and install inside ur phone i installed a lot of apk by doing that method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=630887 This post has been edited by steventan85: Oct 29 2012, 03:00 PM |
