Wait first till S3 receive official JB then more easy to compare with Note2 fluidness. If now..of course Note2 no lag and fast since it already on JB.
But still..S3 cannot challenged Note2 screen size, battery and SPen features la

Just got my s3 last Wednesday. A big upgrade from the 'mini' s3 @ wonder to this sexy phone. Very impressed with the performance. Since i just got this phone still exploring this baby here. Maybe JB can wait first. But If no news of JB. Might need to flash custom rom.

Btw, i just need ur opinion. Y custom rom? The stock can give enough performance? Because my previous phone is wonder, i really feel the difference in performance. But was it not enough? what extra do we get from custom rom. FYI my wonder fully mod edy. Thanks.

hi all,

this morning i receive an update for software, so i press update over it. After update and reboot it keep promp " currently unable to download" everytime i reboot the device.

I not sure what went wrong, need to reset the phone? is it the update not stable?

there are 2 things that i concerned...

first, i rooted before actually... around 1 month ago... but dont know why after that quite lag... so i worried and flashed back to stock firmware...

second, this is quite a stupid question for most of the people but i still cant find a proper answer although i follow this thread almost every hour..... will root phone void the warranty?

maxis centre cut mine for free too. rm25 if you want a new microsim card.

if i go claim warranty and i'm rooted, how do they check for root?

do they look for superSU? or look under settings > About?

Has anyone gotten google maps navigation to work on an unrooted S3?
