step for stock rom non rooted phone update via kies.. first check if kies have any update.. if got update kies first then restart ur pc/ laptop.. after that start ur kies then connect ur phone.. it will notify u that there is update for ur phone.. there will be 3 stages of downloading.. first it will download really fast up to 100%.. then it will stay there for around 5 minutes until a notification for u to allow the software to run on ur computer or not.. press ok.. then wait for the second download which will take a while somewhere between 15 to 20 minutes depending on ur network.. after it finish it will download and extract all the file to ur phone.. ur phone will restart and show the android logo and sez do not turn of the target.. wait around 5 - 10 minutes for it to extact and there u go.. taste of the jelly bean..

Google now seem to be the one who drain the batt.. it keep give me the weather report.. even tho it no show on thw notification area on top when pull down u will see the weather report..

To those who have AP set and didnt get the update, u can update it using malaysia JB through odin.. in my friend case, stock rom not rooted.. no need factory reset as well.. but if u are afraid losing data or want a fresh factory reset JB can back up first.. enjoy ur update..

Have anyone encounter tethering problem? It seem that i cant tether anymore.. wifi tethering.. my laptop detect there is signal from my phone but it cant connect.. happen after update to JB..

ok my problem with tethering solve.. if u guys have problem that cannot connect just open setting > more settings > tethering and portable hotspot > portable wi-fi hotspot > configure > save

just press save without changing anything and try reconnect.. shud solve the prob..

Is it stock browser? Never try it since update coz i use dolphin..

Did u guys notice after upgrade if restart phone for the first time there is minor upgrade?

That one is the upgrading restart.. try restart and u'll see the android logo again performing upgrade.. after that i restart no more android logo.. i notice that at a very last minute on my fon and ask my newly upgraded fren to restart and same thing happen.. if havent restart after upgrade try restart..
