guys, if i want to unroot my device

do i really HAVE to wipe all data?

or can i just use triangle away, then flash stock firmware on odin so that root will be gone?
(i don't want to lose my personal data and apps)

Hi guys, just want to check, if I format my internal SD card before flashing a new ROM into the device, will it affect anything ?? Affect as in device goes haywire/kong/spoilt/unusable.

The reason I want to do this is I have used stock ROM, miui and decided to stick with warnamlite now and my internal SD card is full of folders that I couldnt tell its purpose. So I was thinking to delete everything then only I moved the .zip file into it and then only proceed with the flash.

Thanks. Is it still possible to transfer my ROM to my phone once I formatted the internal SD card ??
