Does Sound & Vibration checkbox is being checked under Sound setting?

For SMS stock apps, it shall follow the System Setting.

For whatsapp, check if Vibrate under Notifications setting is OFF.

May I know what is the default setting for these scaling under Developer Options with Jelly Bean?

Terminate the program and restart it.

That section is only for first part like downloading the setup files etc.

Depends on apps. Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Friendcaster and whatsapp cannot support.

Gmail apps can.

My friend changed the battery for his Note to higher capacity (3100mAH) from Sun Global.
