warranty claim is replace parts only. the wont replace the phone (unit)

believe me ... if you got stock firmware (let say India) then you need to go back to the country of origin to have your FOTA update or you need to download the update to update yourself. ..... if we change our firmware to other country is also consider AP set. that why we need to change back our ROM to Malaysia before claim warranty

maybe not.. if flash new ROM the solve.. if OTA them most probably no ... he may set/accidentally set sync every 5 min me kena B4 accidentally set Facebook book sync.... my phone on awake straight on ... battery straight down

maybe samsung is giving us the 1 or 2 jb relese which got complain of battery drain problem
