oh.. really? but the cholesterol is much higher in ON compare to super mass

all my friends use dymatize super mass gainer because of the price. I had my eye on it too but after i checked in google, the nutrition fact of sugar is different which is 19, 25 and 39. Don't know which is the real one so its best to avoid. i'm skinny fat btw trying to avoid sugar to reduce tummy.

cholesterol of 80mg doesn't really bother me coz ppl normally take weight gainer for like 2~3 months only. one medium sized egg already have over 160mg cholesterol.

everyone is different. you just need to know your own body and adjust what works best for you.. serious mass + creatine works for me.. now im testing nutrabolics mass fusion..
