you set wifi to sleep when screen off maybe? At 'Keep Wi-fi on during sleep' you must have selected 'never'. if you don't want wifi to sleep must set to 'always'..please correct me if i'm wrong.

happy with AOKP M1...dont feel the urge to flash 4.2 as it's still buggy..already have 4.2 Gapps...even that WOwed some S3 and note 2 touchwiz users..hehe
