When jb come to nexus?

It must because nexus is google product. So jelous with gnex user.
Update for nexus damn fast then other devices. That why nexus is a cool phone in update.

How to get update from custom rom? Flash again their update?

first use odin to flash custom recovery. no need unlock anything. just flash custom recovery then from there root. Alot easier coz rooting is just like flashing rom, all using zip file already.

Second, what most best and perfect kernel for me? Like to use stock kernel with small edited inside.

For ebay, it's really free shipping. For paypal, according to my friend, when you link your debit/credit card to paypal, it will charge on your card for don't know what limit thing and to confirm linking it to the account (guess something like Google wallet) but not sure whether they rebate or not.
