QUOTE(Scavia @ Nov 13 2012, 12:43 AM) It must because nexus is google product. So jelous with gnex user. if updates r important for u, i seriously recommend nexus phones.Update for nexus damn fast then other devices. That why nexus is a cool phone in update. other than that, Nexus phones have some design language that is different from the manufacturer's usual style, thanks to Google's input i guess. It makes them unique. |

have u guys tried to flash custom roms on other samsung android phones? Read that they need something like Odin/heimdall, or some say use CWM recovery also can. Im trying to flash some custom ROMS on GS2. But really confused with all the sources saying all the different methods. And scared fooling around with a non-nexus device |

QUOTE(jacktay94 @ Nov 17 2012, 05:05 PM) first use odin to flash custom recovery. no need unlock anything. just flash custom recovery then from there root. Alot easier coz rooting is just like flashing rom, all using zip file already. so basically, 1 - odin flash CWM 2 - use CWM to flash custom Rom (rooted) |

Second, what most best and perfect kernel for me? Like to use stock kernel with small edited inside. Thanks for advice and helping. quite a number of bugs, some said slower performance, maybe some app incompatibilities... im on 4.1.2, with 4.2 gapps. It already FEELS/WORKS like 4.2 |

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Nov 21 2012, 10:43 PM) For ebay, it's really free shipping. For paypal, according to my friend, when you link your debit/credit card to paypal, it will charge on your card for don't know what limit thing and to confirm linking it to the account (guess something like Google wallet) but not sure whether they rebate or not. once a card has been linked with the Paypal, does it mean if i pay with Paypal, it is just like directly using the card itself? Like no need to depend on Paypal Balance, just straight deduct from bank balance.I haven't link my card, asked friend to order for me. 19.55 listed price in ebay but paypal charged the bank 20.30. 20.30 shipped to your home in 2~3 weeks time. Just ordered one |
