i need some advice. i have graduated from hr at unimas but recently i think i wanna start my career at oil n gas industries. i wanna start from bottom maybe as a rigger or painter. I would like to attend short courses on painting or rigging skills so that i can apply offshore job. i think I am more into hands-on job rather than office jobs.

What do you guys think? Or try to apply for instep training program which takes 3 year? Is it wasting time?

Painter? what did u graduated with? if u graduated from a uni, there has to be something else you can do apart from being a painter? can apply for other junior or trainee positions.
