hii can any give me the way how to work in O n G company?

currently i am doing my practical training on Safety and health officer...i grad on august 2009 but still not employed..quite difficult to get a job coz many company just want experience..how the fresh grad want to apply then...i had degree on mechanical marine..any work for oil and gas is ok with me...
