May i ask something....if all PSCs can claim what they spend in looking for 1st oil with NOC (Petronas). then there is no risk for them rite?...furthermore production of oil will be share among PSC and Petronas rite?

i don't see any risk for these all PSCs perhap you all can point it up to me..
