I also admit to my interviewer, I want big bucks,that why i wantto join offshore industry,and guess what?i got the job the way I see it,dont lie on something that obvious

i dont work on rig,plus i dont think there are much semi sub rig in malaysia right?most of our rig is still on shallow water,jack up rig,Kikeh got I think,but if im not mistaken semi sub use a a dynamic positioning sytem,very much the same with pipe laying barge, they have this huge thruster to counter the force in order to stay in place ,like Sapura3000,and those semi sub they do use a lot of anchor to stabilize,im sorry dude ,cant help u much
if i were you in term of qualification wise maybe ill be interested in working with Keppel,Technip,Sime Derby Eng. or RNZ,just my thought though

let say if i'm involved in the fpso n fso conversion projects..have to check construction and engineering works done against specifications, codes, and drawings given by clients..have to solve site problems such as material shortage, installation problems etc..but those experience is mainly on construction n installation jobs..how aaa?? 
yup yup..not only them but wud it help me in applying those comps dat is conducting survey n exploration or drilling? 

hahaha yeah knew dat oredi since i've been involved in fabrication yard 4 a while now but i do think dat at least it wud help me a lil bit in getting a chance in the upstream services rite?
