QUOTE(kslee79 @ Oct 24 2008, 01:38 AM) I am in Baker Hughes' side of LWD in Qatar, and nearing my third year with them. From my experience, you should be earning around RM18~20K/month if you can can lead jobs and become essential part of the local pool of field engineers (able to run high-profit margin (high-level) LWD suite of tools). If you can get to RPS (radiation protection supervisor), you're already well over RM20K/month! hi, ks.lee i would like to ask u something about Baker Hughes. i had pass thru the 2nd stage "technical test". how long will they let us know on our selection? is it still have stage 3 interview ? the recruiter told me that if selected , i will base at dubai, join MISQ dept. do u hv any idea about this dept? wat they are dealing with? thanks in advanced.

QUOTE(kerbaurider @ Jun 4 2009, 12:59 PM) Well these are indeed tough times for fresh graduates to secure a good or desired job. I think better if fresh graduates can pursue masters or just find jobs that can accumulate experience, to increase self value and etc. About O&G, is it hard to enter the industry? I find it difficult myself ... Always stay positive. Hopefully the price of oil will jump up.
