i am not from Malasia though, but i `ve met the same situatian as some of you did. Currently there is a real problem for recent (green) graduates to find the job by profession. Even i being an engineer on offshore technologies and techniques now have some complicationts with being employed, though i was good at universiry Anybody needs experiensed or mature highqualified staff . Where to take it ...ahh? Nobody cares. The only thing i understood after graduating, having put my pink glusses off, is that your markes(received by you at university) are not of anybody`s interest at all:(

Well at the present time thinking of aquiring some "working" welding courses to begin my career from. Hope that will not be not needed....
