yesterday i made a TR alt name GOMTR. but dont have time to play on alt now.
VS seem strong now so i gonna stay and help NC a little bit.

there are links for list of outfits in NC/VS/TR at the side.
i think they've implemented outfit listing in-game last patch but i dont know how it look like or how to use it.
only way i know of is that by asking the officer/leader of that particular outfit that you're interested to invite you.
most of decent outfit will likely ask you to have ts3/mumble/raidcall.

just like hobo said, in-game there is a list of outfit you can search it. U just need to click outfit page then view list of outfit and apply there or you can just pm their leader in chat

majority u guys which faction?

at start the majority were in TR and then in VS during TROL era, but now only me and hafizushi still active and we're in NC.
this is the only game that still give me a feel of sandbox mmo now.
if you're involve enough in the community you can see that Briggs server has too much politics inter and intra factions now.

When is the TROL era

it's a darkage. an age where the now R18 leaders and prominent members were playing as TROL in VS.
Pfhormarathon(N7jpicard) and NeroBBQ(ShapesBBQ) managed to pull a feat that change VS by combining/acquiring almost all VS players under TROL banner.
one of the largest outfit in Briggs history.
needless to say they had a fallout on the outfit direction with other leaders of TROL and then left the outfit and VS faction to NC. stayed under RSNC for awhile before heading out and create the infamous R18 now.

haha little i know about it, im the current R18 member. I dont want to be involve in all the drama about the server because i just here just to enjoy the game but i do read on reddit occasionally just to find out thing like server smash any info regarding about the game

all i can say aussie are passionate about this game, maybe too passionate haha thats why i only talk about the game here and in renegade website

haha they really is. and when they bring some meta from EVE online culture into this it become really bad.
there are 2 recent events that i know of that some guy make their way through a certain outfit ranks and even win the outfit trust for management just to dismantle the outfit from inside out. almost close the outfit by kicking all its members.
thankgod that SOE is not as lenient as CCP. but the punishment still feel like a slap to the wrist compare to what they've done.

What condition do i need to enter R18

just join any R18 open platoon u see in NC, follow platoon leader order during the ops then ask the platoon lead or any R18 officer to join the outfit, and u need install teamspeak and join R18 teamspeak or u will be kick in 2 days

but i heard since people can apply through in-game outfit page the entry might change in future, but important thing is to follow order in the open platoon follow platoon lead order redeploy to correct territory dont stray to other place or u will be kick from platoon

for newbie better play as medic or engineer class first, rez and heal allies u see or engie repair max and tank and dont try to be hero like attack own your own, always stay with allies and shoot together. When u start to understand the game u can start change a bit your playstyle

if you believe that you're good enough with FPS game, start as medic because the assault rifle have really good damage. but if you're like me that have a little low psychomotor(i.e. no good hand-eye coordination/bad FPS player) i suggest to start with engineer class since carbine is more forgiving to spam plus you have ammo packs
only exception is if you play on VS faction since their default light machine gun is easy to handle with decent damage thus making it the best LMG in the game at the moment. go crazy with heavy class.

Where do r18 guys do play.the last time i play i didnt find and r18 guys just some random people who play with me

just play this hour 10am - 9pm u will see R18 platoon

I alwaya play at 4-6 pm

new update arrived last night.
added lots of thing for your own meta.
now im also switching my meta from auraxium-ing weapons to finishing directives.
my engineer directive close to completion for engy aurax composite armour.
but i need to aurax my mana AI and AV turret for the task.
that kinda slow to get since it usually use situationally.
