I m experiencing the same thing, unthrottled. But in my case is like, i turn off my modem every night, a morning 2 days ago, i turn on my router and i suddenly feel like trying torrent download and the speed is magically max (used to be throttled). It lasted for 2 days, this morning it goes back to throttled state again I have tried the same seed that hit the max speed yesterday evening and it seems like throttled now.
