Increase the voltage, maybe your proc just need a little bit juice to be stable 4-cores.

What is the recommended voltage?
I have increase voltage to 1.525
Does psu effect the voltage ,I currently using psu 450 watt only with GPU HD4670

Its been a long time since i oc amd system so im not really remember the safe voltage for this proc. If your using 450w true power psu it should handle both gpu and your oc without problem. You might wan to look for amd unlocking guide.

If unlock to quad core, safe vCore around 1.3~1.35v is possible for 555BE

Try unlock to 3core 1st then check stability to make sure ur new unlocked core is stable to use. Not at all unlock core is stable. Some good chip can successful unlocked to quad core even oc till 4GHz around 1.55v vCore

I think ur new unlocked core are not stable.
