I would have to agree with you lilac. I must say Verde surprises me as well with its rather good worksmanship. Been inside one unit,can hardly spot any cracks on the wall (which seems to have been a trademark of newly completed projects recently). I like the kitchen cabinets, looks solid to me. Overall, good outcome, but slightly short of some wow factors..
