I viewed a few days ago (1500 sqft and 2068 sqft). Yes workmanship of finishings is rougher than usual but should be easily rectified.

My opinion is that if it is an issue, knock it off the asking price!

Price has been stagnant for the past 1year though..

The aquatic themed pool on ground floor is a waste of space, money and dumb...
