How is the overall feedback for this property? Went to see a unit last week and am quite interested.

I have seen some Verde units and found that the workmanship is indeed quite bad. Examples:
- Rusty frames (locks, door handles, balcony railing)
- Ugly wooden floor - rough and uneven colour, some parts look dirty - potentially needs to replace the entire thing
- Uneven tile size
- Slanted aircon installation
- Koi pond looks so dirty with moss

It's quite a shame because the concept/artist impression looks so good!

I was told that this property is still under warranty but I have seen some units where defects have apparently been fixed and they still look like there are still plenty of problems. Very skeptical on whether the developer can really fix these problems properly.

I'm worried that I will end up spending a lot more money on renovation in the end. Any owners who can share experience in getting the developer to fix all these problem to your satisfaction? Are there major problems such as leak or crack?
