I am passing by this Verde construction site everyday. Seriouly, I doubt the foundation of this condominium, and the pillars are so damn thin.
Compare to nearby construcition sites such as H2O and The potpourri, I can see that the potpourri is built really well in terms of construction workmanship and really fast too, then H2O average but very slow, then VERDE has thinnest beam I have ever seen in my life.

Wait until you visit the site by yourself 

Btw, this Verde project is exactly on the same river bank as there was a landslide case 2 years before. Let's hope Villamas hired a good main con
