Greetings, a quick introduction to begin with; I have been in the professional sound, light and visual rental and install industry for the past 10 years. Before that I used to dabble with hi-fi and DIY hi-fi and the common consensus is that these two industries do not mix. Well, they do. I think over the years we have seen more and more technologies interchange between the professional sound, light and visual market and the domestic market.


Now to the sales pitch


I will be selling custom made cables for sound and some video applications. I will be using the following materials and everything will be based on budget and requirements:

Connectors: Neutrik, Amphenol, Switchcraft, Canare and the normal unbranded stuff if required. These will suit most applications from unbalanced to balanced, XLRs, RCAs, 6.35mm, 3.5mm, spade lugs, banana plugs etc.

Cables: Belden, Canare, Van Damme and depending on the type of cable, many other brands. These will cater to applications such as interconnects, speaker cables, power cables etc.


Please PM your requirements and we will take it from there. Also please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions in regards to sound, light or visual applications. I also do installations for clubs, bars, pubs, houses, electrical work etc.


In the PM requests for cables, please state the kind of connectors, length of cable and what application you are using it for. Also if possible, please state the system you are using

Warranty: 1 month upon receiving the product. Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling or shipping damage. All warranty claims must be backed up by an image of the damage or fault.

Dealing method: Once order and payment has been made, an Invoice will be provided. Please keep invoice for warranty claims and proof of purchase. COD or postage via Pos Laju (RM7.00 to anywhere in Peninsular, RM9.50 to Sabah and Sarawak)

Hi, the lightning port outputs digital only from what I understand and there was confusion earlier on saying that all the current docks will become obsolete. This however has been overcome with Apple coming out with a lightning to 30-pin LOD adapter which has a DAC built in.

At this point I don't think many manufacturers are looking into coming out with adapters with built in DAC's. Think Audioquest has one out or coming soon though.

If you get the Apple adapter, you can use the old standard 30-pin connector to output analogue audio but still no video.
