Compare CVT on mirage while Myvi use 4AT, maintaining rpm in CVT and 4AT has large difference. around 2.2k rpm you can maintain speed at 100kmph, can myvi do that? NO. Myvi atleast need to be at 3k rpm to reach and maintain at that speed. So you already save fuel there. I got the early mirage version, doesn't have the ECO light, so I don't know where is the limit. If you maintain 100kmph around 30km can reach 21km/l already, higher if doesn't use aircond..

for your 2nd question is pretty same with my answer above. Mirage use lower rpm, meaning lower fuel consumption.

The only thing I see myvi is better is the interior space and ofcourse power (you cant have both power and fuel efficiency at the same time). Mirage has power, just not as powerful as myvi, mirage just 1.2 while myvi atleast 1.3 ..

Also bear in mind that Mirage fuel efficiency is at Hybrid car level, minus the battery maintenance

Please be very careful. I sent my car for 10k service this morning. However. due to their negligence, my car was damaged when the service person banged my car into something when reverse. I even had to wait for three and half hours altho it is just oil change.

The assistant manager (vicky) apologized and promised to repair my car this monday. I was very forgiving and didn't make a big fuss out of it.

However, the person was impolite during the phone call just now for arrangement of time to repair the dents. So this is mitsubishi's service, unfriendly and haughty attitude toward their customers.

If I want to make a complaint, what are the ways to do so? Teach them a good lesson so that they will treat their customers with respect.

Got my new ride for exactly a week, so far really happy with it especially the finishing and the power from the engine. Its fun, although many complain the body roll issue, if you know the limit or understand the handling charactheristic, its not an issue. Bought my car in Thailand as Im base and live in bangkok. Very value for money for this segment!

hahaha.. everyday I drove 13km back & forth from my house to my work place climbing up 2 flyovers with 30 minutes of traffic jam halfway to my destination that is why my fuel consumption is high. Comparing my fc result with other members, I think mine is the worst.

only noise entering car is from the tyre.  May not be tyre fault cause msian roads are lousy so it is the road to be blamed

saw 2013 model with eco light and auto foladbale mirror there in showroom. saw in red , yellow and grey color cars.

The fuel saver is the one that I'm attracted to. My sisters ask me to get Mirage but on another hand, my friends said not worth to spend that much for a 1200cc car when I can get 1400cc (Swift) for about similar price.

Is Swift really overshadows Mirage in term of performance? Like a lot...?

Yeah, that's what my eldest sister says about Swift as well.
I prefer newer body and technology. The keyless feature is cool.

I'm not going for sport edition. I upgraded my budget from 50k to 55k to 60k and now to 65k for GS. I cannot go beyond this anymore or I will suffer in the installment later. I still need to buy my own house next year. I'm very OK with GS spec, in fact I'm OK with GL but for family asks me to get GS instead.

I'll test drive both, supposedly to do it this afternoon but my sisters were not free to accompany me. We will go again next week and my bro-in-law will be there as well to assess.

FC is the one I'm really appreciating but how much full tank for Mirage? RON95?

Cool. I'm very happy with the FC. That's a very nice figure.
I don't need to be worried with the petrol expenditures. With my predicted usage, it takes months for me to reach 600. I'm going to drive around my hometown first and after I'm familiar with the routes and car, I wil bring it down to KL.
It's OK, I will gradually upgrade my stuff after I get my car.

If you look for less fuel consumption car, Mirage is your choice. I have attended twice time of the trip arrange by  Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia. One is from Mont Kiara to Bukit Merah Laketown Resorts and the other one is to Melaka. Both of the trip had prove the results.
Even through for city drive, I also getting 610+- for around RM58. Skills of driving Mirage is different with other cars because of its Invest-III CVT gearbox.
