just had my Note 2 yesterday, pretty confusing on the mail system.

i'm facing a few problems for my mail apps :

1)My mail(Custom domain) in my phone auto delete after i read them, i didnt delete them in my pc microsoft outlook thou.

2)The push mail seem sometimes function sometimes don't, any solution for them??

look in the setting you can set SYNC or time it sync different mail system is different .

mate in the email when u put your custom domain there two type usually you register under IMAP or ordinary POP3?

IMAP = server and phone same content
POP3 = mobile devices only download server still got.

Sometimes its not delete it only download selected amount of mail only.

If u check under settings recent message 25 it means it will only download recent 25 messages rather than all your mails.
