Form my experience, no wor. It should not but again, depending on how thick the sp is. If you ask me, yes it could affect but personally, I have not experienced such yet. if you have the chance, try the spot without sp.

I suggest you send to the shop back for checking ASAP. Not to scare you but I think you deserved a warranty or 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days. Something not right...

Pardon me but you can't just drop and drag apps into multiwindow from what I read.

However, head over to xda forum and I remember reading someone cracked the code for that and it is some serious advance tech thingy. If you are up to it, head over there and you should be well on your way...

Correct. After pressing update, just it run under wifi.

Once done, it will usually ask you to reboot.
