Aspire, for the mhl cable need to use v2 I read somewhere coz the signal output from s3 and note using this. Dont know if the s3 one is the same or not. But I suppose getting a dlna or wifidirect adapter for yr tv will be a truly wireless experience.

Yep, confirmed can't use the old MHL cable. I tried with my Note 1 MHL cable and there is no output over HDMI

which leads to the question, would buying an LTE phone a good idea for someone that travels a lot to other countries? Unlike normal GSM where you can piggyback another carrier, LTE is spectrum specific, meaning it won't work in other countries

It wears off overtime, and it's much more clearer than pasting a screen protector
