What type of usb card reader you use for the sandisk 64gb class 10 micro card to format it so that it can be use the external card as internal card?

Then download the Mod for exfat Sd Card for custom kernel file and then go into the recovery and the flash the zip file and when i open my note 2, it will swap from external sdcard to internal sdcard right.
