I suggest they exchange for me and claim that faulty set from SME, 'we are dealer..we cannot return faulty set'. I find that ridiculous. Faulty product cannot return to distributor, is that a joke?
After much negotiation they agree to exchange it but I have to return 2 hours later as they have sold out SME set.
I wonder if I would have got that SME set during roadshow event, where do I go back for a one to one exchange?
