I've tried mine and I don't have that issue. The phone does emit a sound when its in contact with my IC. Most probably because your back case is not fully enclosed. Anyway, how can a new unit can have that kind of problem? U sure u snap the back cover properly? Worse case scenario might have to send it for warranty..or get a new back cover..

Guys, i noticed that my unit is running high on MAPServiceSamsung (at around 17%). I've searched the net and found that restoring old sms would have trigger it as i transferred old sms backup to note 2. My question is, is there any way that i could freeze it without rooting? Im not sure whether it impact my battery life because if it does, then i need to do something about it..
