finally!!!


actually got it yesterday afternoon, but got too engrossed on the phone that I totally forgot of this thread

walao wei, im still not believing the sheer size of this thing!!! it is such an amazing experience doing what i normally do on my s2 last time on this. And jellybean doesnt disappoint in term of smoothness

screen sharpness is just ok, most probably since the ppi not so high. Much better than my previous s2, but not as good as my iTouch. But since most of the time the screen is quite far from my eyes, I would say its good enough

batt life cant say much yet since yesterday I just charged a little using my s2 usb charger, and only today charged properly to 95%. Lets see how it holds up tomorrow.

Im so surprised and of course happy to find out that the ote doesnt really feel huge in my pocket or while walking, was really worried about that.

Have not odin to Malaysia firmware, but have already got multi view thru OTA. GOsh, on the first day itself, it has proved to be so useful. While doing online tutorial, I can have ebook at the top

So far, have not really found any real cons, but I would say the gallery is a lil slow. I dodnt even have much in there, and yet it feels slower than my s2 already

So far, saying "Im impressed " would be an underestimation

my s2 didnt tur yellowish eventhough it was naked for 8 months

If u long press back button when the multi window is active, it will deactivate it. Thats how it suddenly hilang

U r gonna neee to push it in harder as the nfc contacts are on tye cover.its weird that the original cover doesnt fit. Can take a pic of it?

true, the way its blurs of on the edges ever so slightly is so nice, and its not super bright or distracting, so I will just leave it on

Gaming, browsing on wifi. Also a number of video watching, downloading on the background while browsing AND also close to TWO hours of music hearing. The battery is BEYOND IMPRESSIVE.

HTC has started to dissapoint since SEnsation. THeir best year was 2010, after that, just failures after failures. I would say although the "feel" of these or any Samsung phone are not nicer than HTC, at least they have WAY less issues than HTC. u root, u install custom ROM, u brick, u superbrick till cant turn on also, Samsung will repair it for you, dont need to be scared, I have witness this before

HTC even if root, sometimes they wont bother to repair the phone, although the issue with the phone is not even related to the rooting

Nothing. If any, maybe the NFC chip on the back cover? the only good thing is there is very less added bulk if you go with this case compared to others.

The NFC ship is ON the cover. With s3 it was on the battery. galaxy nexus, no idea

If they did a mistake on one year, still can accept(2011) but even worse the following year??? I always thought my first droid will be HTC, but got an s2 instead. If someone ask me to choose between sensation and desire HD, Desire HD will obviously be my choice without a doubt

I don't think its gonna be any different next year... their profit is also going down year on year, wonder how long they will survive

the in call volume of this phone is very good, so maybe u not used to it yet?

there is mod in the xda thread. Although it is to INCREASE it even more, im sure u can also reduce the DB so its more acceptable to your ears

ah i see, i see. Me only stock LJ# with root for TB also. Actually waiting for a better CWM version which magically fixes the auto checksum thing

will use stock till the coming friday. If still no better CWM, will go custom hehe

use that to reduce the volume. By default its gonna be EVEN HIGHER than it is currently, so u need to edit the numbers a bit, maybe change to 57 or something

former s2 user until a few days ago. I cant find even ONE, i repeat even ONE reason where the s2 is better than this beast. Trust me, it is so worth it, that suddenly 2k feels like nothing for the multitudes of features you are getting with this monster!!!
