The stock keyboard is very good enough. Now Swiftkey is basically useless. Looks like this phone is really good enough on stock.

This phone pair with unlimited maxis is total beast. Download custom rom like no tomorrow lol.
I think best browser currently dolphin + jetpack. Super smooth and no lag noticeable. Cons is consume more juice than stock and chrome. Best custom rom now should goes to omega 4.0 , tried wanamlite and Android Revolution. |

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Oct 19 2012, 07:03 PM) S3 not worth. Thats why i see S3 out also no rasa. Note 2 is sets a higher value and features. Yes , s3 doesnt have the wow factor and just another android to my feel. Perhaps my most concerning part was the battery life. Thats why note 2 amazed me so much. Now I totally on wcdma only network. Battery life also as good as always. Extreme usage on a 3G network while connected to wifi can last me 10 hours. |

QUOTE(Pegasus88 @ Oct 19 2012, 07:50 PM) do you guys "root" it or customize those rom things ? im so confused with those thing and am not into mobile os things... Customization only hot for first two months, after that will slow down lol. Fire up again when some new interesting firmware arrived. Somehow customization on android very tiring process. Keep repeating and download and flash and restore. Not to mention big size firmware like 800mb to 1gb file download each time.because i saw my friend keep customizing their android system....if i get note II, not necessary to do that eh ? btw, does android has a app store like ios ? sorry im totally new to android... |

QUOTE(joytest @ Oct 19 2012, 10:52 PM) Hi all, would like to check on any of your experiences with Omega v4. I'm thinking of flashing that tonight and doing the relevant RTFM on xda. Very good and fast. Also much better battery life compare to stock, wanamlite , revolution. So far no any bug . Battery life is improved by 15% for my case. Thanks |
