Zenus case is more bulky vs verus case. I have used both before in Note. Sold off the zenus in same day I received it

For stock rom boot into cwm recovery ( hold down volup , home n power button) select flash persus kernel than select the swap zip file. Download correct swap file matching your ext sdcard format

Or from recovery flash wannamlite rom than swap zip file

Download the rom extract to tar format
Connect phone to pc. Launch odin
In odin select this tar file as pda. Leave everything as default. Select start. Flash will complete within a minute
Make sure you install kies in pc first to have usb drivers installed. Google n download odin any version above 1.85 will do. Make sure kies is shutdown n all anti virus off before launching odin

Do not regret if any unfortunate incident happen

Do claim as it should be a good fit without any loose factor

You can NEVER remove root unless you use Odin in PC to flash any stock official rom

It is NOT necessary to choose wipe data if you want to flash these custom roms
The developer always recommend to wipe data so that they can troubleshoot easily if you have any issues. It is TOTALLY UNNECESSARY step to take. Just wipe cache partition and dalvik cache will do in recovery mode
If you are now on swap sdcards, these will be unswap after rom flashing. You can immediately flash the swap zip file after flashing the rom file than only select reboot system. that is if you wish to have the sdcards swap as before

Just PM forumer Fallenout to do it for you. Give him your name, mobile no and phone IMEI. It is a free service from him.

And coming to the topic of roms, there is NEVER any best rom. What is good for others is not necessary for you. Test yourself and decide as different roms offer different features. Go read the XDA thread of each rom and the users commenst too. If you are too lazy to read , than no one can help you further
My comments on the various roms i have tested. these comments is NOT necessary applicable to you . It is only applicable to me

Best LEAN rom without most of Samsung bloatware : Hypernote 0.2 follow by Wannamlite 1.2. Between Wannam, Omega and Android HD - my choice is on Wannam follow n=by Android HD and last is Omega. Omega if you like plenty of features - it is quite a bloaty rom
Performance wise based on Antutu benchmarks - worse is Omega. Best is Hypernote, wannamlite
Battery savings - Hypernote, wannamlite. The rest is worse than stock rom

Added on October 22, 2012, 11:16 amKernel will ALWAYS be replaced by the rom you flash. Go read the XDA thread to find out more - i remember Android HD allows you to choose perseus kernel as option . If you want Perseus kernel, just flash it immediately after the rom zip file - keeps away guessing whether the rom comes with perseus kernel

MOST IMPORTANT : ALWAYS do a nandroid backup first from recovery mode before flashing any new rom. I repeat here, if you have chosen to swap your sdcards, in recovery mode your cards will be recognised as per original , ie ext sdcard is ext sdcard

I would say 99% of us here are impressed with the battery life. What do you mean kinda fast ??
What is your reading like - do give more info. What % and for how long and what apps running

Just as a comparison to you, with 3G actively on and background email downloads, facebook notifications, tweeter updates and phone is not being used, battery usage about 0.75 to 1%/hour
Continuous browsing on 3G - 8 to 12%/hour. Wifi browsing is 1-2% lower
Continuous Video watching about 9-10%/hour

All these on stock rom conditions, stock kernel

Step 1 NOT necessary as flash new rom will overwrite it
Step 2 Copy the wanna m zip to either internal or external sdcard - your choice, than only reboot to recovery
Step 6 NOT necessary if you do not select wipe data - your choice actually.

Like i say, if you read wanam thread his rom is init.d enabled. But if you worried, no harm flashing the perseus kernel to be doubly sure after flash the rom zip
So flash in following order : rom zip, perseus kernel. swap zip file than only select reboot

Service can never match Alieamin. price alone should not be deciding factor

Just buy one time enough, you can use it in multiple devices simultaneously unlike i-devices is restricted to maximum 5 devices. Most i would say 99% of Android apps are like this except those that tied down to your phone imei
