I suggest you send to the shop back for checking ASAP. Not to scare you but I think you deserved a warranty or 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days. Something not right...

However, head over to xda forum and I remember reading someone cracked the code for that and it is some serious advance tech thingy. If you are up to it, head over there and you should be well on your way...

wait I don't understand anymore. After I detached my Note 2 from the casing the s-pen works properly. dafuq.jpg just happened?
