Went there earlier. choose to go on the 1st day since it is the 1st day of Mapex. Weekend sure will full with people.
Can see a lot of seller/developer this time around..was looking a property around cyberjaya/putrajaya..but the price is avg 700K and above..

finally put my booking into Aurora Residence. http://www.iproperty.com.my/developments/d...w.aspx?pid=2526
Quit expensive, but planning to hold it as my investment. Hopefully it can be completed by 2016 smile.gif

I also went there, attracted to a project called crestin park in kajang. but hesitated, after i google lowyat and found not so good thing about the developer.haha
Btw, did you guys register the anyaman project(cannot remember the exact name, but the booth design is a traditional house and all the staff is wearing malay attire) in Subang Area.
Since the project is not yet launch, I cannot find any info about it and the staff also refused to gave me info about it.
Please share with me if you turn to know how much is the price, land title and so on.

its not subang area. its a new place. they called it subang 2.
SA inform me its approximately around 1km from denai alam.

its LH. some of the house start with 500k++
and they told me too they want to sell the corner lot for 1mill shocking.gif
very ambitious for a new place that far.

this developer is highly doubt, if u went to bukit bandaraya, there's an incomplete project there, stuck for quite some time.

i went to the site on Saturday, they done the earthworks for new phase and the show house also. . all cut area, nor further settlement on earthwork. good for structural works. but not so good on maintenance. all drain are clogged and not GnG also. leasehold but strategic location for those who are working @ Shah Alam.

- location, behind Petronas Kampung Melayu subang
- GnG
- acces road from Esso junction @ kg melayu subang, turn right if you are from Kota Damansara.

Bukit bandaraya - try research the company background, a bit unreliable if you see their history. I really tempted with this project, location wise, etc really suit me, but not with this developer. can try to buy, but a bit risky. they told me, after 20% of it are sold, we will start the work.

is the developer stable now?


Anyaman - i think this is one off project. something like KGMB got fund, then joint venture with other company to do properties project.

wahh Bkt Bandaraya also the price increase alot....early last yr when there price <400k, the location is good but for shops u have to go to shah alam. and leasehold too......

I think this MAPEX do not "reward" those who actually take the trouble to go and visit. Only one or two booths show first launches with goodies for early birds. Others are like leftover units for sale at market price. Looking at these prices, I also scared -- knees weak already. Stock market reaching new high, poised for major correction. Property market how?
