 What will happen if I decline dota 2 Gift?

Hi guys,

I've got a question...what will happen if I decline(there is a accept and decline option) dota 2 Gift in steam? Will it be wasted? Or will it go back to the original person that send the gift?

U mean when u receive the Dota 2 invite, you clicked decline?
