The things u can do for temporary 'relief' are top up the oil and try to start, if the car starts, good, check the leaking rate, drive straight to sc for repair. Do not consult 3rd party mechanic while the car is under warranty. If cannot start, then this is bad, she could have blown the pistons or worst the whole engine block, that explains the ever rising cost. Still try tow it back to sc for repair. There will be a lot of questions asked but at least it's worth a try. Otherwise u gotta bear it all the cost at 3rd party mechanic. Might get 'chopped up' kaw kaw as well since obviously u n your sis seems to know nuts nor care about car.
Lastly but not the least pay attention, listen and follow the service booklet given with the new car.
