- Asking them to order more standby part for replacement to reduce wait time
- Asking them to send memo to owners for fixing it

just visited one utama road show, sa said reverse camera might be able to install, need to consult with service center what oem brand to buy and ask sc to install (warranty intact)

also, taiwan made bodykits will soon available according to the sa...

forgot to ask whether can use mazda6 auto dim rearview mirror to install in mazda3...

Yeah, most of the Service Centre already aware this issue and know how to fix it.

I complained to BERMAZ, asked them quickly order more parts to standby and reduce wait time to customers (not sure anyone will entertain me or not )

You guys can also write to BERMAZ, more voices probably they will take it seriously

have a chat with one of my regular visited tyre shop.....technician recommended Toyo or Michelin, he said mostly all new car dealer won't give good tyre (high cost).....Dunlop in M'sia not consider premium, I believe it is the same in Japan....

Both Toyo and Michelin consider 'soft' tyre, they can last in the hot weather of M'sia, most other tyres after sometime under heat will turn very 'solid' and 'stiff', no more 'soft' feel.....probably got other brands can last longer the 'softness' (bro here recommend )....

It is the 'softness' of tyre that can give you the quietness and the feel of it stick to the road (give you confident to run the conner at 100km/h with this M3 )

yeah, probably bro here can give some tips which Service Centre they went and cac keep their promise to fix things and give good customer experience.....

I saw someone comment in Facebook the one in Jawa something.....sound goods, that guy specially give Good Feedback to a specific technician and asked the mgmt to give him pay rise/promotion

Have you covered the windscreen insurance?

SA strongly recommended it b'cos the cost is quite high.....min coverage must be RM3,000 (insurance = x15% = RM450)
