Today went to showroom, damn it!!!!

Saw my car in showroom. They displaying my car. I f&$k the SA why use my car in showroom without permission. He insist that the car just arrived and no one go in because it's locked. I keep quiet. If he don't get my car out by tomorrow, I'll complain to his boss.

That's why. I know the car is limited and if you want to display our car, at least get our permission.

So, after chasing the salesman for days and weeks, in the end, my car can only get after CNY.

Do you know how much hassle I have to go to get the things moving and I just joined new company this month.

I already curi-curi keluar for 3 days to rush for it and now only to say after CNY.

I have to agree with you on this one. Most of the car dealers won't keep the customer cars in the showroom or warehouse for long or else they won't have space for new stock.

Should blame the effectiveness of government. Even when you go in person to JPJ, you also have to wait few hours as many people rushing for CNY and those admins taking their time to do it.

I am not sure how long it going to take for Puspakom check but it is ALWAYS a high volume before the festive season. You have to queue up like everyone else. Moreover the Puspakom have those free vehicle check for everyone recently so the delay is expected.

Then the registration number. If you do it yourself then you can get the number 2 days the most. Runner will need 3 days the minimum as they have other dealers too. You should know that there will not enough of manpower(especially in Gov section) before the festive season right?

And with the new MySikap system, that is a pain in the arse to deal with. New procedures with more steps to follow.

You, as a customer have the right to put anger to the dealer but dealer still can't change anything if there is something beyond their controls. If you have found out the dealer purposely delay your car then yes, throw your anger to them.

CKD high spec with higher price ?? I always though CBU unit will have the better spec but highest price (like CX-5).
But March will only have official release for Mazda 3. So the CKD spec will be release during that time ?

probably wont have i stop and i eloop. also the same with sun roof. but surely it will be replaced by leather seat n auto cruise control. just my opinion

Had test drive the red soul Mazda 3 earlier today. Satisfied with the car and proceed with the loan signed.

Probably will get it next week.

emm. dunno how to explain it since the only car that ive driven for a quite a long time is only Vios and 2nd hand Wira. and i would say the handling is very much much better than Vios (the steering wheel is much lighter than vios when took cornering). didnt hear the road noise ( maybe due to loud music - but i've read it mazda3revolution forum, one of the main factor of road noise is due to the tyre Dunlop used). suspension is quite good when went trough bumper and bad road.

the dashboard also feel quite lower than my chest (probably can just adjust the seat height). But yes, they do feel much more premium than vios of course.

also the i-stop and i-eloop display (on the 7'' display) is quite good and functioning when ur car stop at traffic light. back room is little bit bigger than the previous model (last time when i was in my friend's mazda 3 previous model, i cant pickup my handphone when i accidently drop it at the back seat - this time i can pick it up and i am quite chubby)

didnt have the opportunity to use the paddle shift. control knob is good, smartphone bluetooth is also good (functioning well w Iphone) . GPS need to install the SD card (the SA kept it in office). audio speaker is good.

love the smart keyless entry system. only put the remote key in pocket and u can open ur car and start the engine without removing it from ur pocket.

the sun roof is also good (Open only by pushing the button once but close you need to hold the button - this is to avoid the sunroof from damaged during close due to resistance from wind while driving).

really hate to see the right side of the steering wheel empty without any command button - this is where it supposed to have auto cruise button.

Nice review. I also test drive before CNY.
Very nice the car. Handling, power, interior very nice. (Currently driving Myvi and City, so the handling sure better).

I-Stop function very well. Once you stop the car, the I-Stop will kick in. Just like hybrid car. And wont feel delay when you accelerate. Not sure the I-Eloop feature, coz cannot feel the different.
Central command is very convenient to use, specially you want to change the setting during the drive. No need to move forward to press the screen.

Interior. Although not given leather seat, but the seat is very nice to seat on and very soft and smooth. The material kind of water resist. No power seat is one disappointment.
Same also very upsad that auto-cruises not included.

The engine for this batch is original setting which is with compression ratio 14:1. This will give more fuel efficiency and power. But with higher compression ratio, the fuel quality must be good.
Although ron 95 can be use(minimum requirement). But need to plan carefully for future fuel price (if no more subsidy from gov).

Overall very nice car, just in dilemma should take this CUB batch or wait for CKD. By paying RM 140k, there are still alot feature were not included (Auto-Cruises, Power Seat, Leather Seat, etc).
And lastly, the 18inch wheel will be very pain when next time replace tyres. (Estimate RM800-900 per tyres).

and i think reverse camera can be added later rite? Even the Auto cruise, i have once read it from Mazda canada forum, they can add it. But that one for previous model.

HUD i think hardly will be include. Survey other country spec list.  The HUD only for 2.5 highest version.
Dont think wont so fast import and sell in Malaysia. And the price sure very expensive.
For RIM, i think will down to 16 inch. Coz only 16 and 18 inch rim provided for other country.
But curious why Malaysia mid spec also give 18 inch as this size also for the highest spec in Aus/Jap/US

Hahaha.. Exterior is missing rear duck spoiler and shark fin radio receiver.

Don't forget, 18 inch tire cost RM 1,000 each.
