OMG that's really awful. Please check if your friend have a Tribos warranty card inside his passenger compartment area & a Tribos sticker on the windscreen (most likely taken off if he did a window tint). Kindly also double check with the dealer that your friend took his car from to confirm is it Tribos'ed if you cannot find the warranty card.

If your friend has the warranty card, kindly email your details to the contact stated with your warranty card details. Warranty is valid for 3 years thus you should not have problem claiming if there's something wrong with Tribos coating on your car.

Kindly also make an appointment with our 3S Centre to have your car looked at. We will elevate the warranty process to an express lane.

no auto lock (safety reason), got centre lock (ur driver door lock)

ic. i thought should have a button on the side panel just like others car. ty anyway. at least still got centre locking.

Every new Mazda3 should come with a Tribos.
Got my M3 earlier this month, with Tribos warranty card and sticker on my front screen.
No auto trigger lock unless you fix it.

i purchased a pack of tribos shampoo and tribos spray from service centre. noticed that there is a layer of gel on the top of the bottle for the tribos spray. that gel could not dissolve after several shake and remain on the bottle.

is that normal? I have checked with the service centre and even other stocks they possess are having the same issue.

just asking fellow White M3 drivers here, what products do you use to wash your car?

My White M3 has greyish/brown stains even after washing. Need to wash then only it comes off. Any advise?

I thought can polish or wax it? leave a layer of protection on top after doing that too right?

1) Do you or your team know how to fix the annoying knocking sound that comes when you go on uneven road?
2) Can you adjust the headlight sensor so that the headlight is not turned on when the sun is still bright?

Please let me know as I am almost due for 20k service. Also could you please let me know your operations hours. Maybe I can send to your SC for my next service.

Added on December 31, 2012, 5:19 pmi got the low alkaline shampoo and tribos spray from SC. i have many greysi stain especially on the frame next to wind screen. It can be removed by spraying the tribos spray and wipe it away.

I am not sure can we wax our car or not since it tribos coated. perhaps bro lucifal can answer us whether it will damage the tribos coating or not.

As far as I know, waxing is not necessary, and certain wax might damage the tribos coating. I'll need to clarify this with Tribos on what type of wax is harmful and what's not.

Guys.. Ive tried V-power racing petrol on the M3. All i could say is.. WOW.... Try one full tank. Do not mix too much with ur regular petrol. Its just...wow..
