This one is slightly sweetened wth stevia & thus still sugar free. consist of both oats + Barley with almost similar amt of beta glucan. rclxms.gif

Problem wth the raw oats available in M'sia (Rolled oats that needs to be cooked) is the medium carbo conten of >57mg/100,g.. Anything above 55mg/100mg is actually no good for diabetic. BG22 & few more new products having lower than 50. smile.gif i.e good for diabetics



BTW, instant oats having high carbo of >75.. Bad for diabetics smile.gif
