i have started my logs using evernote on my android.

so i minght just copy paste it here for reviews.

dont hasistate to comment,critiques, and point out what ii do wrong. i`m still .noob

i have been lifting weight for 2 years. ( on and off, shitty routines.)

now, i have been working out properly for around 1 year.

my routines are

shoulder bis
legs

i`m doing it in 3 days on 1 day off and keeping the loop.
sometimes i did 2 on 1 off. depends on my energy level and work schedule.
